Do you tell people that you burn water?  Are you afraid of your kitchen?  Tired of take-out, frozen dinners, eating at restaurants, or just eating the same things over and over?  Want to save money by cooking at home but don’t know how to start?  This is the course for you!
 
This is a fun filled, informative and INSPIRING 6 week program where you will learn some very basic cooking skills that incorporates healthy, whole foods leading to  delectable  results.  The style of teaching is both hands on and
demonstration – you will get your hands dirty! 
 
Each week we will cover a different topic (see the proposed list below) – everything  from breakfast to dessert.  Have fun preparing and EATING healthy recipes each week while learning kitchen basics.   Not only will you receive a new skill, you’ll also get simple, easy to create, delicious recipes that you can duplicate at home.

  • Panini’s and wraps
 
Recipes will be healthy but does take into account nut allergies, gluten or dairy sensitivities.  Should you have any other food allergies or sensitivities please notify the instructor via email newyouwellnessllc@gmail.com before attending the class.
 
While we are enjoying the fruits of our labor, we will have an inspirational discussion covering topics like:
 
  • Living a more Positive Life
  • The Chaos Theory & Handling Overwhelm
  • Limiting Beliefs
 
Or Nutrition Related such as:
 
  • Detoxing from Sugar
  • Handling Cravings
 
You can also make a suggestion if you would like to cover a particular subject.  We try to cater to your needs.  Include a suggestion in your registration form.
 
The location is at a private residence in Warrington Township Bucks County and will be disclosed upon your complete registration and payment.  We value your privacy as I hope you will ours.
 
If you would like to host a future event, please include that in your message too!  There are additional perks for hosting!
Payment Information
  
The total cost of the program is $150.00 – or $25 per week, plus a $30.00 per person materials fee to be paid to the instructor the first day of class. 
 
We offer 3 payment options:
Option 1:  Pay in 2 payments of $75 each, the first being prior to week 1 and the second prior to week #4.  
 
Option 2:  Pay in full prior to the first class and receive a 15% savings  -  $127.50. 
 
Option 3:  Pay in full the first day of class and receive a 10% discount - $135.00.
